Our Story
Agua is a seafood restaurant rooted in italian tradition and inspired by peruvian cuisine twelve years ago, Italian owners Cristiano and Walter founded Agua Restaurant and Lounge to create a fresh dining experience, breaking conventional Italian restaurant stereotypes. Relocating to Camana Bay’s waterfront in 2018 with a refreshed menu, we remain a favourite among locals and tourists…

“I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but after our unforgettable experience at Agua Cayman, I just had to share the love! From start to finish, this place blew us away. First off, let’s talk food. The fresh pasta? Absolutely incredible. And don’t even get me started on the ceviche – it was like a flavor explosion. Definitely go for the trio! Also – our fish dishes not only tasted amazing but looked like they belonged in an art gallery. Gillian, our server, was an absolute gem. She made us feel like superstars. Her recommendations were spot on, she guided us through the entire dinner from appetizers to dessert and did not miss a beat. We opted to sit outside by the water but the venue inside was also stellar. Overall, this restaurant was a highlight of our trip. If you’re visiting the island, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t regret it!”
